How it works
Affiliates are our boots on the ground in their own markets. You install, repair and respond to storms under our manufacturer certified standards, and we bring you the work, the claim expertise and the support.

We review your application and email you once you are accepted.
Log in to your affiliate account to upload documents and set your payout method.
Assigned work and job orders show up in your account, and we pay out as jobs close.
Contract payout
Every affiliate contract runs one of two ways. Choose the one that fits your company on each job.
You keep 100% of the contract
The contract is all yours. You handle the paperwork, the inspections and the materials, and Gold Coast takes nothing from the contract price.
You keep 75% of the contract
When you need us to pull permits, handle inspections, close things out and mobilize materials with an order, we do that work and take 25% of the contract price.
The same split applies to every deal, residential and commercial. Tell us which way you want to run each contract when the work is assigned.

4 projects under contract with Gold Coast within 21 days
Under contract means the job is signed with Gold Coast Roofing & Solar and assigned to you as a national affiliate. We bring the work to you. You do not have to find leads, advertise, or spend money on marketing to reach this number.
If fewer than 4 projects are signed with Gold Coast within 21 days, we keep working at no additional charge until 4 are reached. This counts projects under contract, not completed or paid jobs.
3 projects under contract with Gold Coast within 45 days
Under contract means the job is signed with Gold Coast Roofing & Solar and assigned to you as a national affiliate. We bring the work to you. You do not have to find leads, advertise, or spend money on marketing to reach this number.
If fewer than 3 projects are signed with Gold Coast within 45 days, we keep working at no additional charge until 3 are reached. This counts projects under contract, not completed or paid jobs.
Applications are reviewed before participation. Once approved, pay online with your affiliate number.
